It seems like everyone's first blog post is something like...."Ok, I'm going to try this, I don't really know how to do it, but here goes..." It seems like people take this overly tentative sort of approach to journaling. Rather than coming across as tentative and unassuming like the author is aiming for, I think comments like this are often rather pretentious. It's like people are really saying, "I'm pretty sure that lots and lots of people have been waiting on the edge of their seats to tune into my thoughts, so I'd better put a disclaimer, just in case they think my thoughts suck."
Well, I'm not going to say anything like that mostly because I assume that no one will read my blog. So, hello and welcome to no-one, you are now granted free access to my thoughts, thought for which I will not apologize or be tentative with.
Here's to hoping I have my computer handy when my words come alive....
